Youtube monitization polices changed now 10k subscribers needed??

Some people on YouTube are saying that the youtubes monitization policies have been changed now to 10k subscribers.It is not true they have misunderstood.YouTube have said that in creator studio that will there channel make 10k subscribes in the month of December or not it's totally fake. There are people making these fake videos to make money so dont worry. And if it's changed in future so don't worry it will effect your channel. Because you don't get enough revenue with 1k subscribers. So I think it would be good because it would make enough revenue. I don't know what you think about this. But in present
